ramblings.
Boston Dynamics just released the video above detailing just exactly what their new Atlas humanoid robot can do. It can recover from falls, pick up objects, cross difficult terrain. It even keeps on going on its mission to pick up a box, when the engineer slaps it out of its 'hands'. It's eery to look at, did you catch your self feeling sorry for the robot when the engineer pushed him (I mean 'it') over? Should we be scared of AI?Once in a while I find something like this above and I just fall in love with the Art of making clothes all over again I have this love hate relationship with clothes. I hate buying them for myself, I wear a grey T, jeans and All Stars almost every single day. I hate when fashion is a mask, I love it when its authentic expression. One day I'll pull out that sewing machine again. Have a good one. P This is probably the most awesome campaign I have seen in a long time. They manage to take something as uncomfortable as a breath alcohol monitor and wrap it in a story, making it human, and desirable. see more at Lapka |
